Wisdom teeth:

Wisdom teeth can cause recurrent infections and facial swellings occasionally needing hospital admissions for emergency  operations as they can cause risk to the airway & breathing. With vast experience from India and UK , Mr Boyapati is well positioned to remove the wisdom teeth with either Local Anaesthetic or General Anaesthetic.

Skin Cancers are extremely common in mid to elderly UK population . Face and neck are the commonest areas affected due to  cumulative exposure to sun over the years. Mr Boyapati is well versed with the excision and reconstruction of the facial defects with local flaps / skin grafts as necessary.

Oral white patches: White patches in the mouth can be entirely benign but some can be pre malignant and the risk of cancer potential is high in smokers and alcoholics. The irregular white /red patches can be assessed and treated appropriately as per the need.

Oral Surgery:With  over 20 years of experience in the management of oral ulcers, surgical excision of oral soft tissue/ bony lumps you can be sure that you are in the right place.

Salivary gland surgery:Identifying Salivary gland problems ranging from benign strictures/stones leading to decreased salivary flow to diagnosing the salivary gland infections, benign  & malignant tumours is the key to improving the quality of life if diagnosed in very early stages.

Oral Cancers:Oral cancers can be life threatening and faster diagnosis and management is the key for utilising all available options by surgical and non surgical means.

Facial trauma:Facial trauma from interpersonal violence, falls, and Sports injuries  can lead to  lacerations, bony fractures  and scars. We recommend acute management of these injuries in the NHS A&Es  and subsequent pathways however we can reassure you for the best secondary management.

Excision of skin lesions:Although the benign lumps are not life threatening, they can cause considerable discomfort and may be un aesthetic. Most of the times these can be removed with little morbidity under local anaesthetic.
